Dr Shilpa can be perfectly called as Yoga guru. I joined her prenatal online yoga classes during pandemic away from India away from family where I wasn’t sure how much I will gain but Dr Shilpa gave her best effort and left no stone unturn to make feel secure and confident about my pregnancy and way ahead. It was great course with her which led to have smooth pregnancy and helped in great way for my normal delivery...she goes an extra mile to guide and support you with diet chart n emotional connect. Also not to mention she has personality full of positivity and charm that boost all the energy in you. Highly recommended for any yoga and meditation classes.
It was a wonderful experience to do prenatal yoga with Dr. Shilpa Kohli. I did yoga with her during my second pregnancy. I found a lot of differences between my first pregnancy without yoga and the second one. Shilpa‘s Health tips, diet suggestions, and asanas helped me to solve digestion and sleep problems. Her yoga classes kept me active and energetic until the end of pregnancy and also I could handle alone my 2.5-year hyperactive first kid. My first kid was born through C - section and I faced many complications during Labour. The doctor who did the c-section explained about my smaller pelvis and how it is impossible to have normal birth from this kind of pelvis. But during my second pregnancy, I had a small chance to try for normal birth. Nobody except Shilpa had confidence in my natural delivery. She trained me with special pelvis exercises for my natural delivery. She also motivated me throughout my pregnancy for my natural birth. Amazingly, in the end, my baby came naturally to this world within 7 hours. So I am very grateful and satisfied with Dr. Shilpa Kohli and Heal-In Sutras service.
I absolutely love the prenatal yoga sessions with Dr. Shilpa. She focuses on you individually that helps to build the trust between you and her which is very important during the entire phase. I have seen a lot of improvement in my overall health after starting the sessions and I am sure it will continue throughout. She also helps with the small tricks and tips with the dietary habits which is a bonus. I definitely recommend Dr. Shilpa and Heal-in-Sutras.

I joined Prenatal Yoga with Heal-In Sutras post I diagnosed with Gestational diabetes; I was very scared however with Dr Shilpa’s frequent Yoga intervention in customised Yoga, Diet & Lifestyle changes, it came down. When practicing yoga with them I feel safe and empowered. On the practical side, she provides clear instruction and good feedback throughout, which I find very helpful
